Reading the site
INCE NEWS currently provides public articles, category pages, an About page, publication policies and an article search. Its own website code has no reader registration, newsletter signup, comment system, payment collection, contact submission or file-upload feature. The Contact page is informational and does not receive messages.
Search
Search filters the article list in your browser. The publication’s search code does not send your search terms to a search service, save a search history or associate searches with a reader profile. Your search and category selection are temporary page state.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
The publication’s own code does not set cookies, store visitor information in browser storage, or include audience analytics, advertising trackers or tracking pixels. INCE NEWS has no advertising or data-selling feature in this edition.
The live hosting infrastructure sets a Cloudflare security cookie named __cf_bm. Cloudflare describes it as part of its protection against automated traffic and says it expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. This is a hosting security cookie, not an INCE NEWS audience analytics feature.
You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking security cookies may affect access to the site. The cookie documentation linked below explains Cloudflare’s handling; this policy does not assume that every other Cloudflare cookie is active here.
Hosting and delivery
This edition is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service. Loading a page requires your browser to communicate with the hosting and delivery infrastructure. That infrastructure receives technical request information and may process it to operate and protect the service.
The hosting provider’s privacy policy describes its own practices, including technical log information and cookies used across its services. INCE NEWS does not set the provider’s retention periods or represent that every practice described in that policy applies to every visit here. A link to the provider’s policy appears below.
External source links
Articles link to source documents and other websites. Following a link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. INCE NEWS does not control those websites. Source pages are linked rather than embedded in the articles, and the current site does not embed third-party video, social feeds or external advertising.
Changes and questions
If the site adds submissions, subscriptions, analytics, advertising or another feature that changes these practices, this policy should be updated to describe the actual feature and relevant handling of information. The effective date records the policy version, not the age of a reader’s visit.
Verified direct contact information will be added to the Contact page. There is currently no website form or direct channel for privacy questions.
